Precast Planter Boxes offer beauty, safety, and security to your street or subdivision entrance. These Planters are large enough to block off a street and sturdy enough to be used in place of "safety" barriers around a facility. The shadow-boxed, vertical ribbed texture is appealing to look at and will help refine a neighborhood or community's appearance. Planter boxes weigh 13,000 pounds each and measure 8' x 20' x 36". The open bottom design allows for drainage. The City of Rockford, IL installed the above Planter Boxes in 2002 for the St. Charles Street neighborhood revitalization. The 22 Planter Boxes were installed over the course of two days by Rockford Blacktop. Precast Planter Boxes are also recommended for business parks, community entrances, town squares and parks.
